Hi, I'm Chad and welcome to This N That Garage. My motto is use what you got and do it as cheaply as possible with parts we have laying around. Sometimes that works and sometimes not so much! We do a little bit of everything around here from lawnmowers to tractors to old cars and trucks. The older the better in my opinion! Never know what we might work on or build.

Thus put me off you a little that was a war machine and deserves more respect than you showed it . She was trying to start you should have changed the oil. I'm shocked by the treatment of the old Willis engine. Big thumbs down 👎.
If you didn't have problems you wouldn't have any thing to do👍
Thank you for the presentation . It was a nice change from the usual and a step away from the garage .Seeing you work around your home reminds me of all the jobs that have to be done in order to keep things stable and ticking along . Your content is always interesting and a joy to watch , Till next time , Take care , stay cool , and God Bless you and yours , Stuart in Canada ..
Your blurrrep bluuuerup at the end was almost a yodel . Yup like a falsetto. I think your content is fine. I'm content with your content!! even though I believe a ta daaaa was in order after you caught the elusive bull frog. LOL
I saw you out there for a few seconds looked and you were gone lol I wanted to speak. Man I use a progression ignition distributor you can pretty much lock the ignition with your cell phone and nobody will be able to start it unless they swap the distributor or load it on a trailer and by then well the 2nd amendment will be in effect 😂
Great videos. Don't worry about the complainers. It's called house chores, we all have to do them sometime. I enjoyed watching you do yours. Good job 👍👍
Some of the work yes
This And that, thats what is all about . Love it 👍
house choirs... yuk!
I much prefer church choirs myself.
It was not necessary to cut down all the trees.
I would LOVE to hear how to work on it or move it without cutting all the trees. 🤣
Make sure to use a flow switch on the salt generator so it stops working when the pump is off. Also, I think you can hold the button down 20 seconds to reset the generator computer, which would reset the salt reading. Get a fresh test kit. Make sure ph, alkalinity, hardness, and the rest are right.
Really hoping to see the Ford Wagon soon Chad 🙏🏻 loving the vids 👍🏻
The bullfrogs go in the skillet/deep-fryer!!😅
I enjoyed your video mate
Question, Would it have been cheaper to Drain the Pool and Clean it and then put fresh Water in it?
It cost about 400 to fill it up plus I still have to buy all the chemicals. Not as much chlorine but it still would have cost more.
Nice job to you sir Nice yard good show 😃👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
That seat! Ouch!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You needed to have it pulling air at least 10 to 15 feet above the unit
Ribbit Ribbit ha ha ha
I thought bout ya last week. I went on vacation. Went to OK city to visit friends, then off to Wilmington Beach NC. Went through Tn. Across 40. I thunked bout ya. Put my toes in NC. & SC. Beaches then back to Tx. 3,500 miles. Home safe. Blessings From Texas
I find it relaxing to watch someone else work on home stuff for a change but your shop A/C would have a better chance of cooling if you raise the return higher up the wall, perhaps boxing it in with plywood and make it pull out some of the heat up in the roof, I run my 4 ton unit with the return high in the wall and you can hang meat if you leave it running for too long 😅
Ugh been getting my pool open the last few days, always a chore, I’m lucky I guess I’ve an auto cover so never as green but still all the back washing and millions of dollars in chemicals great video gets ya like kicked into getting it done
Shoot me a message a mini split is a bad idea. I can tell you exactly what you need. I’ll have a lot of questions though.
All good ... Sometimes we can use a break too. Keep on doin' what yer doin'
It may sound weird but this guy brings a sense of calmness to me. I watched this channel when my partner was in the hospital. I'd always turn on these videos to help ease my busy mind. I don't know if this comment will mean a whole lot. But this channel is a life saver for me and I'd greatly recommend it for anyone
😁👍👍
I've been told that you need 1 ton for every 500 square feet for your AC. So if your shop is 2500 sq. ft., you'll need a 5 ton AC unit. However, you have a high ceiling so that might need to be adjusted.
Great video
they make a heat resistant paint it works good i watch a utube channel it it (can't contain us) is the channel love watching you each week
Awesome channel, it’s great to see someone else struggles to get things done and maintains a pretty good sense of humor. Not many channels show how hard old project can really be. Thanks Chad keep up the awesome content I look forward to the bell!
Another great video
I did the same thing using pvc for a homemade dome and I used short sections of rebar as stakes and the pvc slides over it and it worked great. I respect your hustle in the heat. I’m in North Carolina and it so hot it’s ridiculous.
Good video, I don't care what you work on, your videos are always good to watch. I was looking for a video of you making the rounds again putting flags on the graves of soldiers that have passed on but did not see the video this Memorial Day.
This was a joy to watch! Thanks for sharing! Keep it up! 👌👍
It would be a good time too have some good fog legs .
Maybe you can get a sponsor for a ceiling fan from Big Ass Fans , it's a good company, I work in a plant and we have 4 they really move some air
This was fun, I mean your channel isn't called The Car Repair show, it is called This N That, and This N That means This N That
mls strikes again.
Maybe try some duct up higher towards the ceiling, it might make a difference
I' Like the video, man keep doing you, and for those who don't, go kick ROCK"S
Two and a half times more thank you Joe Biden
All your videos are a great watch. Hi from Joe, Cynthia, DJ and Rosemary from Newfoundland, Canada.
All your content is wonderful there is a online website to help you figure what size ac you need with that being said if you had it spray foam it would probably help a lot and I’d check with big ass fans about a ceiling fan those things put out tons of air the combination could probably help you out
Enjoyed the ride in the truck, been a while. As always enjoyed the video ! Thanks !!!
I enjoyed this content.....Man what you call takin it easy I call bustin it !!!....I wish I had your energy level...Anyway, .house and shop lookin good!...Hope you are able to get your split system A/C for shop...curious to see how it cools.
NO! You want the ceiling fans drawing up to displace the hot air with cold air!
Did you try putting dialetic grease on there to help those contacts? I learned the hard way. The green gremlins come through it ruins a lot of crap.
I hated trimming the hedge when I was a kid went all the way around Grandpa's yard on a corner lot! The plus side was it was across the street from the grade school, and I could depend on finding at least 3-5 dollars blown into it from kids at the school losing lunch money! Once found a twenty dollar bill!
You can deep fry that green algae its good. just pick the sticks and leaves out.
